First, elevator daily maintenance
In shelf life
After the completion of the installation, commissioning and acceptance of the elevator on the owner's side, the company will enter the minimum 12-month warranty service period
1, in the product quality assurance service period we will regularly send professional maintenance personnel for maintenance.
2, the maintenance cycle of each elevator does not exceed 15 days.
3. The maintenance personnel shall submit a report on the maintenance of the elevator to the owner every three months.
4, for the owner of some elevator in the operation time has special requirements, in the maintenance time, our company will fully consider the owner's arrangement.
5, in the event of a serious accident, our company personnel will be notified after the latest 24 hours in the province, 48-72 hours outside the province to solve the problem.
6, before the end of the product warranty period, our company will carry out a comprehensive inspection and test for the owner's elevator free of charge, and correct the problems found free of charge.
7, in the product warranty service period, we will provide 24 hours telephone duty service.
8. Free maintenance and replacement of spare parts and related quality problems during the warranty period.
After signing the elevator maintenance contract
1, after the owner signed the maintenance contract with our company, we will regularly send professional maintenance personnel to the owner's elevator site for tour maintenance.
2, each elevator maintenance cycle within 15 days.
3. Maintenance personnel shall submit a report on elevator maintenance to the owner every three months.
4, for the owner of some elevator in the operation time has special requirements in the maintenance time, our company will fully consider the owner's arrangement.
5. Provide 24-hour elevator emergency maintenance service for the owner.
6, once a year free "annual safety inspection", at a preferential price to correct the problems found.
7, we will provide 24-hour telephone duty service for the owner's elevator.
2. Supply of spare parts
Within the shelf life of the product
1, within the product shelf life, our company will be free to replace the elevator parts damaged under normal use.
2, we will be in the company's spare parts library equipped with a variety of trapezoid, the series of accessories complete, special accessories, general accessories, the list of wearing parts complete.
3, each nearby maintenance point to prepare common parts, wearing parts, ready to use.
After the product warranty period
1, beyond the product quality warranty period backup parts supply in the premise of a good payment reputation to "supply before payment" as the principle to ensure the building elevator continuous safe and high-quality operation.
2, if the owner and our company sign the elevator maintenance contract, our company will provide in accordance with the contract
3. After signing the maintenance contract for the owner's elevator, our company will provide the elevator parts damaged under normal circumstances at a preferential price.
4. After signing the maintenance contract, some parts will be prepared to be available at any time.
5, we will provide the owner with a preferential price list of wearing parts and spare parts.
