Guizhou AVIC Elevator Co., Ltd. adopts simple recruitment procedures to recruit front-line staff
Guizhou Zhonghang Elevator Co., Ltd. was established in May 2004, originally under the China Aviation Industry Group. In December 2018, it was transferred to the Zunyi Municipal Government and became a first level subsidiary of Zunyi Municipal State owned Capital Operation Co., Ltd. The company is an equipment manufacturing enterprise in Guizhou Province that integrates elevator design, production, installation, renovation, and maintenance. It is also a special equipment safety administrator, elevator repairman certification examination center, and elevator industry education integration talent base in Guizhou Province. It has national A2 level qualifications for elevator production, installation, maintenance, and renovation, as well as numerous honorary titles such as national high-tech enterprise, provincial technology center, "Guizhou Industrial Cloud Big Data" and the first batch of pilot demonstration units of "Guizhou Intelligent Manufacturing".
In order to strengthen the construction of the company's talent team and ensure the smooth progress of the company's strategy, in accordance with the "Management Measures for Labor Employment of Enterprises under the Supervision of the Zunyi State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission" and the "Reply of the Zunyi State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission on the Simplified Procedure of Interview (Face to Face) Recruitment for Frontline Workers of Guizhou Zhonghang Elevator Co., Ltd." (Zunguo Zi Han [2020] No. 18), after research, Guizhou Zhonghang Elevator Co., Ltd. plans to recruit 35 frontline workers for production and installation of elevators through interview (face to face) to the society.
1、 Recruitment principles and processes
The recruitment work strictly follows the principles of openness, equality, competition, and merit selection, and adopts the method of interview (face-to-face interview), implementing open application conditions, open examination procedures, and open examination results. Recruitment work is carried out in accordance with the procedures of formulating recruitment plans, publishing recruitment brochures, registration, qualification review, interview (face-to-face), inspection, publicity, physical examination, and handling employment procedures.
2、 Recruitment needs
A total of 35 people are planned to be publicly recruited this time. The specific recruitment positions and job requirements are detailed in the "Job Position Table for Frontline Employees of Guizhou Zhonghang Elevator Co., Ltd." (Attachment 1).
3、 Basic requirements for applying
(1) Recruitment targets
Individuals who graduated from junior high school or above in 2021 or earlier must have the corresponding graduation certificate.
(2) Registration requirements
1. Have a good moral character, good appearance, good communication and coordination skills, good physical health, no bad habits, and abide by laws and regulations;
2. Have a good work attitude, team spirit, and dedication spirit, and identify with the company's corporate culture;
3. For individuals over 18 years old (born before September 16, 2003) and under 40 years old (born after September 16, 1981) who are particularly outstanding, the conditions may be appropriately relaxed;
4. Possess physical conditions to perform duties normally in the enterprise;
5. Possess the qualifications required for the position to be applied for.
(3) The following personnel are not allowed to apply
1. Unable to adhere to the Party's basic line and maintain consistency with the Party Central Committee on major political issues;
2. Those who have received criminal punishment for committing a crime;
3. Those who have been dismissed from public office or have been dismissed from government agencies, enterprises and institutions for less than 5 years;
4. Those who have received disciplinary action from the Party or government due to corruption, bribery, leakage of state secrets, and other reasons;
5. Graduates from previous years who were unable to provide original educational certificates and other qualification requirements when applying (fresh graduates need to submit employment recommendation letters issued by their graduation institutions when applying), or who do not meet the qualifications required for the recruitment target, application conditions, or position;
6. It is prohibited by laws and regulations to hire employees of enterprises.
4、 Recruitment process
(1) Publish recruitment brochures

(2) Public registration
The registration method is on-site registration.
(1) Registration time: September 22, 2021 (9:00-11:30 AM, 14:00-17:00 PM);
(2) Registration location: Gaoping Electromechanical Park, Huichuan District, Zunyi City (Office 210, Administrative and Personnel Department, 2nd Floor, Guizhou Zhonghang Elevator Co., Ltd. Office Building);
(3) Materials required for on-site registration:
① One original and photocopy of relevant documents such as valid resident ID card, graduation certificate, and qualification certificate required for the position;
② Three recent 1-inch passport photos with a blue background and no hat;
③ Download and fill out the "Guizhou Zhonghang Elevator Co., Ltd. Registration Form" by yourself (see Attachment 2)
④ Personnel employed in government agencies, public institutions, and state-owned enterprises must provide proof of consent from the unit and the competent department when applying. Failure to provide proof or registering as unemployed individuals will be considered as providing false information, and their eligibility to enter the next stage will be cancelled after verification.
(3) Qualification review
According to the recruitment conditions and qualifications, the office of the company's recruitment leadership group conducts a qualification review of applicants, and those who meet the conditions will proceed to the next stage. Qualification review will run through the entire recruitment process, and all information provided by applicants must be true, valid, and accurate. Any fraudulent or unqualified applicants who enter various recruitment stages will have their application or employment qualifications cancelled, and the responsibility will be borne by the applicants themselves.
(4) Interview (Face to Face)
1. The time and location of the interview will be notified separately.
2. Interview (Interview) Content: It mainly assesses the candidate's ideological and political qualities, comprehensive analysis ability, professional basic knowledge, language expression ability, behavior and appearance, etc.
3. The applicant must present a valid Resident Identity Card to participate in the interview (face-to-face interview). Interview (interview) scores are rounded to two decimal places using the rounding method.
5、 Physical examination
After the interview (interview), the candidates for physical examination will be determined in a 1:1 ratio based on the planned number of recruitment positions and interview (interview) scores. The examination will be organized by Guizhou Zhonghang Elevator Co., Ltd. The examination must be conducted in a comprehensive hospital at or above the county level and a conclusion must be issued. The medical examination standards shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the General Standards for Medical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial), the Operating Manual for Medical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial), the Special Standards for Medical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial), the Notice on Issuing the Revised Content of the Operating Manual for Medical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2013] No. 58), the Notice on Revising the General Standards for Medical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial), and the Relevant Content of the Operating Manual for Medical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2016] No. 140), etc. If there are regulations in the industry, they shall also comply with relevant industry regulations.
The examination time will be notified separately, and the examination fees will be borne by the applicant.
Individuals who fail their initial medical examination shall submit a written application within 3 days of being informed of the result of the examination. With the approval of the recruitment work leadership group of Guizhou Zhonghang Elevator Co., Ltd., they may undergo a retest. If the applicant voluntarily gives up the physical examination or fails the re examination, the vacant position will not be filled.
6、 Inspection
Personnel who pass the physical examination shall be identified as the subject of inspection. The inspection content, standards, procedures, and methods shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Guizhou Province Civil Servant Recruitment Inspection Work Rules (Trial). During the inspection, if one of the situations listed as "no application conditions" in the brochure is found, the inspection conclusion will be deemed unqualified and the qualification for entering the next stage will be cancelled.
If it is found during the inspection that the qualifications do not meet the recruitment requirements, it shall be deemed as unqualified in the inspection, and the recruitment work leadership group of Guizhou Zhonghang Elevator Co., Ltd. shall approve and cancel the proposed employment qualification.
Those who fail the inspection will have their qualification for the next stage cancelled, and vacant positions will not be filled; If the candidate voluntarily gives up the examination, the vacant positions will be filled one by one.
(1) Research and Decision of the Company's Party Committee
Applicants who have passed the interview (face-to-face interview), physical examination, and assessment, and have been approved by the company's party committee, will be determined as the intended candidates for employment.
(2) Publicity
The proposed personnel approved by the company's Party Committee are listed on the website of Guizhou Zhonghang Elevator Co., Ltd( http://www.zhdtw.com )Conduct a 7-day public notice.
If it is found during the public notice period that there are serious problems affecting the employment, the employment qualification shall be cancelled. For those that are difficult to verify at the moment, the employment will be temporarily suspended until a conclusion is drawn after verification.
(3) Employment
Those who pass the physical examination will be signed a labor contract with the proposed personnel by Guizhou Zhonghang Elevator Co., Ltd. in accordance with relevant labor management regulations and procedures, clarifying the rights and obligations of both parties, and agreeing on a probationary period in accordance with regulations. After the probation period expires, those who pass the assessment will be officially hired, while those who fail will be dismissed.
(4) Reporting
Based on the results of this recruitment, report the recruitment situation to the headquarters.
(5) Benefits and Management
The employing unit shall manage and determine the remuneration of the hired personnel in accordance with the Labor Contract Law of the People's Republic of China, the Compensation System of Guizhou Zhonghang Elevator Co., Ltd., and the signed labor contract. If there is a policy change that requires adjustment of relevant benefits, the changed policy shall prevail.
7、 Precautions
(1) The applicant's phone communication should be smooth 24 hours a day for easy communication. The consequences of inability to contact due to poor communication shall be borne by the applicant.
(2) Other notice matters for each recruitment stage will be posted on the official website of Guizhou AVIC Elevator Co., Ltd., and will not be notified separately by phone; Applicants are advised to pay close attention to the recruitment information published on the website of Guizhou Zhonghang Elevator Co., Ltd. Any consequences resulting from failure to timely read the recruitment information published on the designated website shall be borne by the applicant themselves.
(3) The recruitment process is fully supervised by the disciplinary inspection and supervision department and various sectors of society. Staff and applicants must strictly abide by relevant rules and regulations. If there is any violation or falsification, once verified, it will be dealt with in accordance with relevant disciplinary provisions.
8、 Special reminder
