On October 29, 2024, led by Zhang Xu, a member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau,more than 50 people, including the Municipal Engineering Section, Real Estate Section, Property Management Section, Housing Security Section, and deputy directors (in charge of real estate) from the housing and urban-rural development bureaus of various counties (cities, districts), as well as heads of real estate and property management sections, visited AVIC Elevator for discussions. Hu Ming, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of AVIC Elevator, accompanied the visit and introduced the company profile.
Under Hu Ming's guidance, Zhang Xu and his team visited the company's exhibition hall and intelligent manufacturing production plant, gaining an in-depth understanding of the company's historical background, technological research and development, and construction projects.
At the meeting, Hu Ming warmly welcomed Zhang Xu and his team and provided a detailed introduction to the company's development. As the only state-owned equipment manufacturing enterprise in Guizhou Province that integrates elevator design, production, sales, installation, renovation, and maintenance, AVIC Elevator has continuously introduced intelligent equipment in recent years and actively promoted the digital transformation and upgrading of the enterprise. Through unremitting efforts, it has gained widespread recognition in the market and has become the leading local brand in terms of shipment volume in the five provinces of Southwest China, successfully ranking among the top twenty elevator companies nationwide. Subsequently, relevant personnel from AVIC Elevator introduced elevator and low and high voltage complete electrical products, as well as the situation of installing elevators in old buildings and replacing old ones with new ones. Representatives at the meeting exchanged speeches.
After the discussion, Zhang Xu delivered a concluding speech.
