The reporter checked the 12 elevators in Teana Yipin residential area one by one and found that "special equipment use signs" were posted in the elevators. however, in the column of "next inspection date", the marked time is all October 2021.
According to the relevant provisions of the "the People's Republic of China Special Equipment Safety Law" and "Elevator Maintenance Rules", elevators should be inspected once a year, and elevator inspection signs should be posted on prominent positions in the car, and elevators that pass the annual inspection can be used normally.
The service is not in place, causing misunderstanding by the owner.
Judging from the "ID card" of the elevator, it has not been checked for more than two years. What is the cause? How is the supervision department regulated?
The reporter went to the property service center of Teana Yipin Community with the staff of Fucheng District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau.
At the scene, Zhao Shanfu, the project manager of the center, found the annual inspection certificates of 12 elevators in the filing cabinet.

Since the elevator has an annual inspection certificate, why not publicize it?

At the scene, Fucheng District Market Supervision Bureau ordered the property to be rectified immediately.
