Recently, a reporter from Mianyang broadcast live received a report from the owner of Teana Yipin Community in Fucheng District, saying that the elevators in the community did not undergo annual inspection according to regulations and often broke down.

The reporter came to Fucheng District Teana Yipin District and found that the district is a high-rise residential building with a floor as high as 32nd floor.
There are 3 buildings in the community, each with 2 units, each with 2 elevators, a total of 12 elevators.
During the visit, many owners complained about the elevator--
"I see in the owners group, the elevator often bad."
"There is an elevator in Unit 1 of Building 2 in our side, but the button can't be pressed at any time. Sometimes people are going to go down, but suddenly they press the button on it, and it goes up."
"Who knows if there is an annual inspection? It's often bad anyway. Sitting on it is scary anyway."
The reporter checked the 12 elevators in Teana Yipin residential area one by one and found that "special equipment use signs" were posted in the elevators. however, in the column of "next inspection date", the marked time is all October 2021.
According to the relevant provisions of the "the People's Republic of China Special Equipment Safety Law" and "Elevator Maintenance Rules", elevators should be inspected once a year, and elevator inspection signs should be posted on prominent positions in the car, and elevators that pass the annual inspection can be used normally.
The service is not in place, causing misunderstanding by the owner.
Judging from the "ID card" of the elevator, it has not been checked for more than two years. What is the cause? How is the supervision department regulated?
The reporter went to the property service center of Teana Yipin Community with the staff of Fucheng District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau.
At the scene, Zhao Shanfu, the project manager of the center, found the annual inspection certificates of 12 elevators in the filing cabinet.
"Through verification, these 12 elevators are all qualified. Citizens can use them with confidence." The market supervision bureau special equipment safety supervision unit chief said.
Since the elevator has an annual inspection certificate, why not publicize it?
"Every time we inspected, we also told the elevator maintenance company to post the inspection report to each unit in time and announce it to the owner. They have not implemented it all the time. Our supervision is not in place." The district project manager Zhao Shanfu said.
At the scene, Fucheng District Market Supervision Bureau ordered the property to be rectified immediately.
"This property management company still has some problems in the management process. As a regulatory unit, we will urge them to post the annual inspection mark in the elevator in the next step of our work to let the people know that this elevator is qualified." Say to Kexin.
In response to the frequent occurrence of elevator failures reported by the owners, he told Koxian that even if the elevators that passed the annual inspection passed, if they were improperly used, poorly managed, and poorly maintained, they would still fail. In the next step, they will continue to strengthen the supervision and inspection of elevators to ensure the safety of the masses.
