Classic Project | Fully Promote the Construction of Livelihood Projects, AVIC Elevator Supports the Renovation of the Xinghua Garden Shantytown in Yinchuan, Ningxia
Recently, AVIC Elevator reached a cooperation agreement with the renovation project of the Xinghua Garden shantytown in Yinchuan, Ningxia, to provide 12 high-end intelligent elevator devices, jointly accelerating the construction of the project.
The Xinghua Garden shantytown renovation project is a continuation project located west of the Baolan Railway, east of Xixia Jiu Road, south of Siqinggou, and north of Peihua Road, covering an area of 35.58 acres, with a total planned construction area of 59,600 square meters, constructing 6 buildings with 380 residential units, and a total investment of 335 million yuan. The project started construction in 2021 and was suspended after the main structure was capped at the end of 2022. In September 2024, the project will resume orderly with strong support from the Xixia District government.
At the construction site of the Xinghua Garden shantytown renovation project in Xixia District, more than 20 workers are working diligently and orderly on the installation of elevator cabins, cable bridges, and material transportation, advancing some processes scheduled for this year while ensuring quality and construction safety.
