"In recent years, we have increased the development of overseas markets, and our products have been sold to Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Serbia and other countries, and we have gained considerable influence in the world." Fan Chuanchi, executive deputy general manager of Guizhou AVIC Elevator Co., Ltd., told reporters that since this year, the company's foreign trade orders have continued, and it is expected to earn 4 million US dollars through exports in 2023.
In order to increase production capacity to meet order demand, the company introduced 26 advanced intelligent robots, built 14 intelligent assembly lines and 5G industrial Internet enabling service platform, from the traditional "manufacturing service" type of enterprise transformation and upgrading to "intelligent manufacturing wisdom service" 5G smart factory.
"The company has implemented the transformation and upgrading of intelligent manufacturing by withdrawing from the city and entering the park. The product accuracy has been greatly improved, and the company's production capacity has also increased from the original annual output of 2000 elevators to the current 15000 elevators." Fan Chuanchi said that Guizhou AVIC Elevator Co., Ltd. will keep a close eye on the development trend of the industry while driving full power to catch up with orders, constantly looking for new growth points for its own development, and promoting the company's all-round high-quality development.
