Ten safety points in elevator maintenance work
1、When many people cooperate in the maintenance of elevators, they should concentrate their thoughts, respond to each other, and do a good job of cooperation.
2、If you want to use the triangle key to open the landing door, you must see the position of the car clearly, and don't take it for granted that the elevator must be in what position.
3,When opening the hall door and entering the car roof, you cannot close the door immediately. Press the emergency stop switch, set the maintenance switch to the maintenance gear, turn on the car roof light, and close the hall door only after the car roof stands firm.
4、When leaving the car roof, first open the hall door, then reset the car roof maintenance switch, emergency stop switch, lighting switch, etc. one by one, and then close the hall door after arriving outside the hall. (If a person can operate the above switch while standing outside the hall, the above switch shall be reset after standing outside the hall)
5,When the car is running, do not lean beyond the guardrail. Do not work in the riding area.
6、At the top of the car, in case the elevator runs out of control, keep calm, hold on to what you can help, squat firmly in a safe place, and do not attempt to open the door and jump out.
7,When working in the pit, the safety switch of the pit inspection box should be cut off. When climbing out of the pit, be sure to ensure that the hall door is open in order to connect the safety circuit of the pit, and then quickly climb out of the pit. (If you can operate the safety switch outside the hall, you should turn on the safety switch after the person climbs out of the pit, and then close the door)
8、If it is necessary to short the door lock to check the failure of the elevator door lock, it is necessary to ensure that the elevator is in a state of maintenance. After the inspection, be sure to disconnect the short wiring of the door lock before the elevator can be reset to the normal state.
9、When entering the pit, if the door of the first floor is to be opened, a warning sign or special care must be placed at the hall door to effectively prevent others from falling into the pit.
10、When it is necessary to cut off the power supply to repair the elevator, the power supply should be in the off position and locked with a padlock or other equivalent device to prevent misoperation. When carrying out live work or using electric tools, safety measures should be taken to prevent electric shock.
General safety regulations for elevator maintenance personnel
1、Elevator maintenance personnel must hold the low-voltage maintenance "electrician operation certificate" and "elevator maintenance worker operation certificate" issued by the authority of the region ".
2、When the elevator is repaired and maintained, it shall not be less than two people; When working, it must be done in strict accordance with the safety operation procedures, and it is strictly prohibited to operate after drinking. No chatting and slapstick during work; It is not allowed to short-circuit the broken landing door lock switch with a wire.
