AVIC Elevator Company Organizes 2019 New Employee Group Building Expansion Training

2019 is the 70th anniversary of the founding of New China and a key year for the high-quality development of AVIC Elevator Company. In order to promote new employees to quickly adapt to the new environment and new positions, enhance communication among employees, and cultivate employees' sense of belonging, on November 9, AVIC Elevator Company launched the 2019 new employee group building development training.

At 9: 00 a.m., more than 80 new employees and elevator maintenance personnel were divided into 4 groups on average. each group elected the team leader and political commissar through self-recommendation or election, and formulated and displayed the team name, slogan, team badge, team song and team base logo through limited brainstorming.

On the green field, each team member carries out extreme challenges such as "password analysis", "post station passing books" and "speed 60 seconds". However, these seemingly simple tasks require each team member to perform his or her own duties, which also tests the cooperation and responsibility among the team members, so as not to abandon or give up, and to advance hand in hand.

At sunset, with the joint efforts and hard work of all the team members, and the contest of intelligence and physical strength, everyone gained sweat and laughter, and deeply realized the important role of teamwork, effective communication, and reasonable division of labor in work.

At the end of the activity, the company organized a training sharing meeting. According to their work situation and personal feelings after entering the company, we shared with you in various forms from the perspective of job responsibilities, work insights and future prospects. Li Zhi, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of the company, made a concluding speech on the training. He stressed, "we are a group. I hope you can integrate into the big family of AVIC elevator as soon as possible, appreciate the purpose of team spirit, do not be arrogant and impetuous, carry forward the nail spirit of each post, and help the company's high-quality development".
