Hu Ming hopes that everyone can do the "four things": take care of their mouths (don't eat what you shouldn't eat), take care of their hands (don't take what you shouldn't take), take care of their legs (don't go if you shouldn't go), and take care of their brains (don't think about what you shouldn't think).
Hu Ming stressed the need to manage "life beyond eight hours". Some leading cadres are often shackled by others because of their indulgence in "life after get off work". They can't help but be sent into the disaster pit by the so-called "old classmates", "old comrades in arms" and "bosses.
