On May 8, in order to strengthen employees' awareness of safe production and improve their safe operation skills, Huang Ke, director of the production and manufacturing department of AVIC Elevator Manufacturing Center, organized more than 100 front-line employees and other related personnel to conduct on-site safety special training on the production site in combination with the actual production situation and centering on "taking responsibility and safe production. Wang Junhua, deputy general manager of the company, and Li Hongjie, assistant to the general manager and director of the quality and safety center, were invited to participate in the training.
Li Hongjie first emphasized the importance of safety. Safety is not only the safety of a person but also the safety of a family. He said that safety should start from the individual, even from a small point. The responsibility should be implemented not only to the person, but also to the post. In the work, we should not take chances and put an end to careless thinking. We should attach great importance to safety rules, strictly abide by the safety system, improve the safety operation process, enhance the sense of responsibility for safe production, and promote safe production with excellent quality.
Wang Junhua attaches great importance to safety in production, combined with the real cases that have occurred in the past, warning everyone that safety responsibility is more important than Mount Tai. He pointed out: Everyone should have the ideological awareness of preventing problems before they happen in their work, improve their awareness and ability to prevent accidents, reduce or eliminate accidents, and require production employees to listen carefully, remember carefully, and work hard, and strengthen safety. Awareness to enhance standardized operations will further promote the development of safe production, and finally receive tangible results, and root "safety first" in the heart.
