On May 9, AVIC Elevator Company solemnly commended the individuals who won honors in the 2019 Belt and Road Initiative and BRICS Skills Development and Technological Innovation Competition-the first elevator engineering technology competition, and held the 2020 start-up conference for the training of reserve skilled personnel. Members of the company's leadership team, trainers and trainees attend the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Fan Chuanchi, executive deputy general manager of the company.

First of all, Zhang Weihua, deputy secretary of the party committee of the company, read out the commendation document "on commending the 2019 Belt and Road Initiative and BRICS skills Development and technological Innovation Competition-the decision of winning individuals in the first Elevator Engineering Technology Competition". Comrade long Shengming, who won the first prize in this skills competition, and Comrade Li Kaixiang, who won the second prize, were commended. I hope that they can make persistent efforts in their future work, constantly temper their skills, improve themselves, drive colleagues around them, help and learn from each other, and play a correct guiding role for the company to build a team of skilled talents.

Subsequently, Yang Xian, assistant to the general manager of the company, explained the training purpose, training method and employee promotion mechanism of reserve skilled talents, and put forward specific requirements for students and mentors. The instructor's representative Long Shengming and the student's representative Tian Ke took the stage to speak respectively.

At the end of the meeting, Hu Ming, secretary of the party committee and chairman of the board of directors of the company, made a concluding speech. He pointed out that the future competition between enterprises is the competition for talents. The purpose of this talent training held by the company is not only to improve the competitiveness of the company, but also to provide a good platform for everyone to improve their working ability. The company has created good soft and hard conditions for everyone: in terms of soft power, the mentors selected by the company this time have won the first and second prizes in the elevator skills competition, and have rich experience in elevator practice and theory. Hard strength, the company has an elevator practical examination base, a theoretical examination base and a well-equipped master studio, which can be used at any time.
