At present, Ke Qiao Street has received 1.4 million yuan of subsidy funds for the installation of elevators in the first batch of existing residential buildings, involving five unit buildings in Guazhuhu Community, Jianhuyuan Community, Diyang Community, Gangyue Community and Koting Community, of which 3 were installed in 18 years and 2 were installed in 19 years. Each unit building can be allocated 280000 yuan of subsidy funds.
It is understood that in 2019, on the basis of the successful installation of three elevators in the pilot project in 2018, Keqiao Street will promote the construction of the project according to the principle of "installing one after another", successfully installing 40 elevators, leading the city in terms of total installation. Since the beginning of this year, the streets have been lined up with 22 corridors intended to be installed, of which 7 have been solicited for opinions, 3 have been publicized, and 2 are ready to start construction. "Subsidies from the initial 170000 yuan to the current 280000 yuan, benefiting the people. The first batch of subsidy funds are in place, we will also continue to speed up the approval work, and strive to cash the remaining subsidy funds as soon as possible," Keqiao Street related person in charge introduced. Next, the street will combine the "three services" activities to further promote the installation of elevators in existing residential buildings.
