Li Dobo is a college student majoring in mechanical design and manufacturing. He graduated from Guizhou University in 2006 and joined Guizhou Zhonghang Elevator Co., Ltd. in 2010,He has been engaged in elevator maintenance, elevator debugging and technical support in the company. Now engaged in the elevator commissioning and inspection work and undertake external ladder maintenance technical support work.
2020In August 1993, Li Dobo, as a representative of the company, went to participate in the "2020 the belt and road initiative and BRICS International Elevator Engineering and Technology Innovation Competition" held in Shanghai. After three days of fierce competition, Li Dobo successfully won the first place in the competition with the first total score, adding luster to AVIC Elevator again.Li Dobo, who got good results, did not immerse himself in it, but reviewed the competition, found out his own shortcomings, and systematically supplemented the theoretical knowledge he had mastered. It is also this kind of character that is good at reflection and summary that has led Li Dobo's growth all the way.
He said: the award of this honor is an affirmation of his ability to work and proves that his previous research direction is correct. In the future, I will be more based on my work, constantly improve myself, and strive to make more contributions to the development of the company.
2010Li Daobo, who just came to the company in, is only a beginner who doesn't know much about elevator installation and maintenance. In his eyes, elevator is a dangerous, complex, challenging and mysterious thing. He is both afraid and yearning. However, with the accumulation of working time, he has become more and more familiar with elevators and the important role of elevator installation and maintenance in social development. His inner fear has gradually disappeared, while the complex process of elevators has made him more and more obsessed. He often stays in the elevator shaft for a day.
The quality of an elevator is related to the safety of thousands of people, so Li Daubo dare not take any part of the work lightly, every time he completes a process, he repeatedly checks and inspects, he said: "" The installation, maintenance, commissioning and inspection of the elevator should not only pursue qualification, but the pursuit of perfection. It is the meaning of my work to enable everyone to use a safe and comfortable elevator ".
The pursuit of the ultimate is Li Dobo's work guide, and it is also the secret of his enthusiasm for elevator technology for ten years. The ultimate goal of "pursuing the ultimate" is to "serve users well". Therefore, while insisting on studying technology, Li Dobo also actively learns the relevant laws, regulations and standards of elevators. He is responsible for every elevator he is responsible for.
