The research team visited the AVIC Elevator Exhibition Hall and the production plant. During the visit, they had in-depth exchanges with the person in charge of the company, focusing on the industrial development of AVIC Elevator, talent training measures, vocational skills training, and corporate development plans. Subsequently, the special equipment examination center, master studio and model worker studio of AVIC Elevator were inspected.
After the visit, the research group had a discussion and exchange with the relevant leaders of AVIC elevator. At the symposium, Zhu Jie, deputy secretary of the company's party committee and general manager, first delivered a speech, thanking all the experts who came to the meeting.
