Elevator maintenance spot check! 120 maintenance units almost wiped out? Several elevator companies were named.
News from the Internet on December 1: Recently, the Shandong Provincial Market Supervision and Administration Bureau notified the province's elevator maintenance quality supervision and spot checks in 2020. This supervision and spot check covers 16 cities in the province, with a total of 120 elevator maintenance units (including 103 issued by Shandong Province and 17 issued by other provinces), and 720 elevators maintained by them, involving 122 elevator users. Among them, 89 have problems, 200 have problems (52 general problems and 148 serious problems), and 31 have not found problems. No serious accident hidden danger was found.
Through inspection, it was found that, first, there were 72 maintenance units with resource conditions and 85 problems, mainly manifested as the number of certified maintenance personnel did not meet the licensing conditions or did not provide personnel social security certificates, incomplete instruments and equipment, failure to provide verification and calibration certificates, or the verification and calibration certificates exceeded the validity period, etc;Second, there are 28 maintenance units with quality management problems, with 45 problems, mainly manifested as no maintenance contract or contract review, no elevator failure record, maintenance record, training assessment record, incomplete emergency rescue plan, etc;Third, there are 26 maintenance units with 37 problems, mainly showing that maintenance personnel are unable to complete brake clearance adjustment, conductive circuit insulation performance test, car accidental movement protection device test, etc;Fourth, there are 26 maintenance units with 33 problems on-site maintenance quality problems, mainly manifested as failure of emergency lighting and alarm devices or failure of emergency operation devices of maintenance elevators, lack of oil in elevator buffer or failure of electrical safety devices, short connection of electrical switches of elevator speed limiter, tensioner electrical switches and lower limit electrical switches, failure of emergency stop devices of escalators and failure of protective baffles to meet requirements, etc.
Among them, the elevator maintenance units with general problems in Qingdao are: Qingdao Brett Elevator Co., Ltd., Qingdao Branch of Thyssen Elevator Co., Ltd., Qingdao Hengshunda Elevator Co., Ltd. and Qingdao Yongquan Elevator Engineering Co., Ltd.
