"Looking for the property, it will take more than a month to say it is the fastest time to repair it." Ms. Xu said that the property was repaired for more than a month, but so far there is no sign of maintenance. At present, everyone can only take one unit of elevator in and out. Between the second unit and the first unit, there is a roof on the top floor, connecting the two units. The residents of the second unit take the elevator of the first unit to the top floor, then return to the second unit along the roof path, and then walk back to their homes from the step ladder. "It's easy to say that high-rise residents go home. Sit on the top floor and walk down two floors to get home, but the residents living in the middle layer are very big." Ms. Xu told reporters that the elevator has been broken for two weeks, and it is reasonable for people with flexible legs to walk the stairs. If you want to push a stroller or wheelchair, you not only need to open the door, but also have to cross the threshold, which is quite difficult. It is really inconvenient to get in and out.
So how long will it take for the two-unit elevator to be repaired? The reporter interviewed manager Zhang of Mudanjiang yuanjia property co., ltd., who is in charge of residential property services. he told the reporter that after the property contacted the elevator professional maintenance personnel to check, the elevator traction machine of the unit was damaged and could not be used. if the maintenance and replacement required 40 thousands or 50 thousands yuan's maintenance cost, the elevator fee usually charged by the property company was only for routine maintenance and security check. large maintenance costs such as replacing the traction machine required the owner committee to use of the house maintenance fund. At present, the community has not yet set up the owners' committee, so related maintenance matters have been stranded.
Subsequently, the reporter learned from the Xiangyang Sub-district Office of Aimin District, Mudanjiang City that the residents of the community need to jointly apply to the community for the establishment of the owners' committee, and then publicize it and set up a preparatory group. According to the relevant procedures, if everything goes well, the establishment of the owners' committee will take nearly two months. In response, manager Zhang of the property company said that he would post a notice in the residential area as soon as possible to inform the owners to set up an owners' committee as soon as possible. after the owners' committee is established, the property company will cooperate with the owners' committee to apply for a housing maintenance fund to repair the suspended elevators and resume daily use as soon as possible.
