On February 25, the Chilong South Police Station of the Xiqing Branch of the Public Security Bureau received an alarm that someone deliberately spat at the elevator panel keys and the entrance guard of the community in the elevator of a residential area in Chilong South Street. After receiving the report, the police quickly summoned the suspect to the police station according to law.
Upon questioning, the illegal suspect Tie Moumou confessed to the illegal fact that he deliberately spat at the elevator panel keys and the entrance guard of the community many times in order to vent his personal anger. According to her account, at about 9: 00 a.m. on February 24, after she went out from home and entered the elevator, she initially thought the elevator was falling too slowly, so she spat on the button on the elevator panel.
Later, she thought that the elevator button was always not very good before, so she spat on the button again. When she walked out of the elevator to leave from the exit of the community, she was stopped by the epidemic prevention personnel because she did not bring the access card. Tie Moumou was dissatisfied and spat at the access control office.
At present, the illegal person Tie Moumou has been administratively detained in accordance with the law on suspicion of provoking quarrels.

Their bad behavior has constituted provocation and should be punished by administrative detention.
