The relevant departments of the territory confirmed to reporters that the property right of the overpass belongs to the first group, and due to historical reasons, it has not been handed over to the municipal management department. The staff of the first group said that they are going through the relevant handover procedures and the elevator is expected to be opened by the end of February this year.

During a recent return visit, the reporter was delighted to find that the elevator was finally reopened. However, new problems have come again. Although the elevator is open, the failure continues.

On December 27 last year, the reporter found that the elevator on the north side of the overpass can be used normally, and it is also equipped with intercom phones, fire hydrants and other facilities, while the elevator door on the south side is closed, and there is no response to pressing the button many times.

The reporter observed for a long time, because there was no notice of elevator failure around, many citizens who wanted to take the elevator waited in the cold wind for a long time, but did not wait for the elevator to open, so they had to climb the steps to cross the overpass.

On the evening of January 10 this year, the reporter once again came to the elevator on the south side of the overpass. Contrary to the situation last time, before approaching, he found that the door of the elevator was open. After entering the elevator, no matter pressing the button on the first floor or the second floor, on or off, the open elevator door did not respond at all.

Compared with a few days ago, there is an extra "elevator maintenance sign" in the elevator room. The column of "this maintenance date" above says December 23, 2020, while the column of "next maintenance date" stays on January 6, 2021. The reporter dialed the above maintenance duty number, and the staff said that they would go to the scene to deal with it, and would further strengthen the maintenance work in the future, and would deal with the problems in time once they were found.
