In the special period of fighting the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic, according to the requirements of Guiyang enterprises to resume work and production, China Aviation Electric Ladder Company Hangao Elevator Company officially resumed work and production on February 17 under the premise that all prevention and control measures and materials are ready, combined with the company's production tasks.
On February 13, Zhu Jie, general manager of the company, organized members of the leadership team to hold a special conference call on the resumption of work and production safety, to study and discuss the work plan for the resumption of work during the epidemic prevention and control period, and to clarify the relevant work requirements for epidemic prevention and control and production safety inspection. On February 16, Fang Ling, secretary of the company's party branch, organized the team leaders and above of various departments to hold a safety production preparation meeting before resuming work, publicized the company's work plan for resuming work and production during the epidemic prevention and control period, emergency plan and various specific work arrangements for epidemic prevention and control after resuming work, trained the relevant processes of epidemic prevention and control, and finally distributed epidemic protective equipment (masks, watering cans and gloves) according to departments.
In order to ensure the orderly progress of production and take into account the health and safety of employees, the company carried out its work in strict accordance with the requirements of the Work Plan for Resuming Work and Production of Hangao Elevator Company and the Implementation Rules for Prevention and Control of New Coronavirus Pneumonia Epidemic by Hangao Elevator Company, and arranged the living track and physical condition of employees 14 days before the start of work to ensure that the physical condition of the reworking personnel meet the requirements for resuming work. In order to avoid the risk of cross-infection when people gather, the company does not arrange employees to eat together and solve lunch by itself after adjusting the work and rest time. On-the-job employees must wear masks to disinfect incoming and outgoing vehicles. Disinfection shall be carried out twice a day at 12:00 noon and 18:00 noon respectively to ensure that all epidemic prevention and control measures of the company are in place. On the day of commencement, the Quality and Safety Department conducted a production safety inspection and investigated the potential safety hazards in the production work.
During the epidemic period, Hangao Elevator Company will strictly strengthen the prevention and control of the epidemic to ensure that the company carries out production and operation activities in an orderly manner, strictly implements responsibilities, and the prevention and control leading group will continue to supervise and inspect to ensure safety and ensure production progress.
