In order to summarize the company's achievements in 2019, discuss and study the outstanding problems in the company's development, analyze the reasons, sort out the ideas, put forward countermeasures, and clarify the company's development direction in 2020, on January 2, AVIC Elevator Company held the 2019 organization performance and cadre debriefing and honesty assessment conference, with a total of more than 50 members of the company's leadership team, middle-level cadres and employee representatives participating.

At the meeting, the heads of various departments of the company made a summary report based on the actual work situation in 2019, focusing on the analysis of the existing problems and shortcomings, and at the same time formulated the department's work objectives and specific measures for the next year. The participants followed the principles of objectivity, impartiality and seeking truth from facts, and scored the debriefing personnel on the spot in combination with the reporting and daily work.

After the debriefing of each department, Zhu Jie, executive deputy general manager of AVIC Elevator, made a concluding speech. Leaders of various departments should review themselves from their own ideology and subjective initiative, compact their responsibilities, take good care of the team, assume leadership responsibilities and achieve common progress.

Hu Ming, Secretary of the Party committee and chairman of the board of directors of the company, affirmed the achievements made by various departments in the past year. He pointed out that all departments should be good at summing up experience and shortcomings from their work, strengthen exchanges between departments, and achieve the effect of learning from each other's strengths and improving each other. Department leaders should earnestly improve their comprehensive ability and the ability to lead the team, strengthen their sense of responsibility and innovation, constantly improve and innovate their working methods, and seriously think about how to carry out rectification and reform according to their own shortcomings after the meeting. further clarify the work ideas, clarify the work plan and focus, and find ways to improve their ability to perform their duties and comprehensive quality.
