To this end, the community invited the staff of the elevator company to answer, and Yuan Shijie and Huang Ruying invited the staff to their corridor for a site survey.
The community where the two old people are located is Ningxing community. At present, one corridor has been equipped with elevators, and the installation of elevators in the other corridor will start soon. "Ningxing community belongs to the old community, many residents are elderly. With the increase of age, up and down the corridor for them more and more become a burden." After the site survey, the sales manager of the elevator company, Mao Zhuqing, gave a reply on the spot: "No installation." "If an elevator is to be installed, it is necessary to avoid the carport and set aside a road for vehicles to pass through. In this way, the length of the aisle from the elevator to the building reaches more than 6.4 meters, which not only affects lighting, but also poses a considerable safety hazard."
Huang Ruying lives in another building, and the north side of the building is more suitable for installing elevators. She said that many owners in the corridor rented out their houses. "I'm going to lead a family to implement it. I hope they can all agree to install elevators."
When it comes to installing elevators, in addition to requiring the consent of all the owners of the corridor, there is also a problem that cannot be avoided: cost sharing. Mao Zhuqing told Huang Ruying that taking the 6th floor as an example, generally speaking, the cost of installing an elevator is about 460000 yuan. Among them, the current policy for the government subsidy of 200000 yuan. "The expenses for other 260000 yuan are suggested to be allocated as follows: 40% for two households on the 6th floor, 30% for the 5th floor, 19% for the 4th floor, 8% for the 3rd floor and 3% for the 2nd floor." Mao Zhuqing said that the specific allocation ratio was determined by the corridor owners through consultation.
