The first time I saw Long Shengming was on the football field of Guizhou AVIC Elevator Co., Ltd. He was participating in a football match held by the company as a goalkeeper. On the field, his hands were half open, his waist was half squatting, his eyes were fixed on the football. When the football flew, his body was like a bow and arrow on the Xuan, holding the flying football tightly in his arms! "Flexible and agile, confident and sunny" is the first feeling he gave me on the court.
Long Shengming came to AVIC Elevator in 2001 and began to engage in the elevator industry. As of today, he has been engaged in the elevator industry for 19 years. In these 19 years, he has worked hard and fulfilled his duties. While completing his own work, he kept thinking and learning., Brings a lot of honors to the company, and also makes himself greatly improved. He said: Whether it is work or life, we must always maintain a learning attitude. Only by continuous learning can life continue to progress. This is perhaps one of the secrets of his many accolades.
In the face of the numerous honors he received, he was not complacent, but worked harder. He said: Honor can only bring happiness at that time. If we want to keep this happiness forever, we must have the capital to keep it, and this capital comes from continuous learning, consolidating our knowledge and broadening our horizons. Whether it is me or my apprentice, I require them to keep improving in their work. Elevator installation, maintenance, quality inspection and other aspects must be accurately grasped. Using our seriousness to provide others with a guarantee is our job responsibilities. It is also a manifestation of our responsibility to the society.
According to his recollection, when he first came to the company, he was full of strangers to the elevator industry, and the knowledge he learned from school was negligible and played a negligible role in his work. But since he is engaged in this industry, he must do it to the best. During his work, he insisted on taking notes every day, recording 1.1 drops of the knowledge and work experience taught by the master in his notebook, working during the day and summarizing his study at night. When encountering elevator failure, he recalled the experience taught by the master while exploring with the knowledge in books. When encountering unsolvable elevator technical problems, I just want to study and understand it thoroughly. I can't do it for three days a day, and I can't do it for a week if I can't do it until I understand it. With his efforts, he is now one of the company's core technicians. In his hands, there is basically no elevator trouble that cannot be solved. He said: No matter when you are a human being, you must be self-motivated, ask questions if you don't understand, don't learn, be good at summing up, and stupid birds can fly first. As mentioned at the beginning of the article, he likes football very much. As long as the company has football matches, he will sign up for them and organize some amateur matches at ordinary times. He said: Football has added a lot of fun to his ordinary life. Work, life, and sports continue to alternate, allowing his soul to be released.
Work and life are essentially a relationship of mutual promotion and interdependence. The ultimate goal of work is to live a better life, and a happy life can promote better work. Long Shengming's achievements in work stem from his attitude towards work and life.
