On July 27, the flood marks in the lobby on the first floor of Building 32 of Yiku Industrial Park were still obvious. Reporters saw at the scene that the elevator entrance on the first floor was enclosed by waterproof sandbags and fences. The tiles in front of the elevator entrance had not been repaired due to water soaking damage and were covered by a piece of wood by management personnel. The owner of the industrial park revealed that the scene in front of him was caused by the relevant construction party digging off the fire pipe in the ceiling of the first floor on July 26. The leakage of the pipe caused the building to stop using fire water for one night and the first to third floors were cut off for 24 hours.
An eyewitness recalled to the reporter that on the afternoon of the 26th, water gushed out from the dug fire pipe and quickly spread to the lobby on the first floor. The elevator in the lobby was also implicated, and the water flowed from the elevator entrance on the first floor to the negative floor. An owner who had taken the elevator on the negative floor at that time reported that when the elevator was going up, the water immersed in the elevator shaft kept dripping from the top of the elevator, and the elevator became a "water curtain hole". After that, the property management personnel stopped using the elevator and contacted the maintenance personnel. The elevator completed the maintenance on the 27th.
Miss Xu, the owner, told reporters that on the evening of July 24, the construction team that decorated the office land for the owner on the first floor enclosed the public green belt and open space with iron sheet. The owner immediately notified the property management office of the industrial park when he found out. The property staff asked the construction party to remove the enclosure, but the construction party did not remove it. Instead, a simple iron fence was installed for the entrance and exit of the enclosure area after the property staff left. The person in charge of the property said that the construction team's private enclosure of the public green belt and open space during the construction process was an illegal operation. On the 26th, the construction party drove the excavator into the construction site without the consent of the property, causing a certain degree of damage to the public green belt., And directly cause the consequences of fire pipeline burst, elevator leakage, water and power outages on some floors.
On July 27, after the person in charge of the industrial park property, the person in charge of the construction team, and the staff of the urban management department negotiated at the construction site, the construction party promised to immediately remove the illegal enclosure wall, and signed a commitment letter with the property management office to empty the pile. The sundries in the fire passage will no longer occupy the public land in the park.
