Liu Mou said that he only has 1000 yuan and can accept the compensation fee of 1000 yuan at most. The two sides could not hold it, so the property chose to call the police, hoping that the police could help coordinate.
After the police learned about the situation, they first publicized the legal system on both sides, and at the same time criticized and educated the elevator accident caused by Liu's carelessness, telling him not to wait until the accident happened before he regretted it. Finally, under the coordination of the police, Liu agreed to the negotiated amount of the property and gave 2000 yuan compensation for elevator maintenance.
