Mr. Liu said that there are many children and elderly people living in the community, and elevators often have slides, which poses great safety risks. He hopes that the property management company can completely solve this problem.

First, the elevator components are aging, but the most important reason is that the steel wire rope rusts and produces rust slag, which falls into the electronic component area, thus causing the elevator to have slides frequently.
"At present, more than 10 wire ropes have been replaced in 6 elevators in three unit buildings." The person in charge surnamed Xu said that in order to solve the problem of rust residue, the company purchased a vacuum cleaner and installed a dust cover. However, if the problem of elevator slides is to be completely solved, all elevator wire ropes need to be replaced and the electronic components in the control area need to be cleaned.
In addition, the person in charge also said that the specific cost of replacing the wire rope needs to be calculated by the elevator maintenance company, which is not clear at present. The problem has been reported to the superior leadership of the company, and the superior department of the company will discuss and formulate the rectification plan with the person in charge of the elevator maintenance company on the 13th.
