AVIC Elevator was originally an old third-line enterprise in the 1960 s. After its establishment in 2004, it has been tepid due to lack of civilian product management experience and market insight. Hu Ming said that the company's operating income was 62.16 million yuan in 2011 and exceeded 0.56 billion yuan in 2021, with an average annual growth rate of more than 28%. This year's operating income is expected to exceed the 0.6 billion yuan mark.

In 2016, in order to continuously improve the enterprise's production capacity and scientific and technological innovation strength, and meet the greater market demand, AVIC elevator decided to build a new factory area and build a modern production line relying on the government's policy of "withdrawing from the city and entering the park.
