Seeing the delivery of more than 30 intelligent passenger elevators without machine room, Mei Guangxia and his colleagues were very worried.
"The cable arrived just a few days before delivery, and the large truck carrying the elevator had already entered the company. We had to rush for time." Mei Guangxia said that in order to deliver the goods on time, he and his colleagues worked overtime for several days until 12 o'clock in the evening, and finally finished the production before the delivery, and the elevators were loaded and shipped out as scheduled.
Who says women are inferior to men. These "female soldiers" used practical actions to prop up the sky of the electrical workshop, and they also gave themselves a resounding team name-"Qingtian Team".
"Enterprises want to improve quality and efficiency, can not do without the excellent production iron army. According to the different division of labor on the production site, we have built eight team teams, headed by party members or business backbones, adhering to the 'four iron general' spirit, than learning to catch up, escort the completion of production tasks with high quality."
