Notice on carrying out the special rectification work of "no drunk driving in wine village" during the "two festivals" of Party members, cadres and public officials in the whole city
In order to continue to strengthen the dams of the eight regulations of the central government, deepen and expand the special rectification actions for the construction of the city's work style, severely punish party members, cadres and public officials for drunk driving and drunk driving, dig deep into the "wind corruption" problem behind it, and resolutely curb the repeated prohibition and high incidence of drunk driving. The situation, the Zunyi Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection, the Municipal Supervisory Committee and the Municipal Public Security Bureau have decided to carry out the special rectification work of "no drunk driving in wine villages" during the "two festivals" of party members, cadres and public officials in the city. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

Party members, cadres and public officials of all units (including grass-roots autonomous organizations) at all levels in the city.
Content of 2. rectification
(I) the problem of drunk driving among party members, cadres and public officials.
(II) the "four winds" behind drunk driving (including other acts that violate the spirit of the eight central regulations). Focus on whether there are "seven" problems such as engaging in gangs; whether there are "four winds" problems such as illegal official reception and illegal acceptance of banquets from management service objects; whether there are corruption problems such as interest transfer, bribery and bribery; whether there are cases of dereliction of duty by law enforcement personnel and dereliction of duty by law enforcement personnel, and violation of regulations to help drunk drivers to be dealt with lightly or exempted from handling; whether there is any situation in which leading cadres intercede and greet and intervene in the handling of drunk driving.
(III) the problems of not investigating drunk driving, not filing a case, not punishing, degrading punishment or concealing and not reporting, not investigating a case, and shielding and protecting drunk driving.
Due to poor daily education, supervision and management of (IV) party organizations and principal responsible persons, party members and cadres have drunk driving buses, drunk driving many times within a year, or members of the leading group have drunk driving and other problems in their units.
Discipline inspection and supervision organs and public security organs at all levels in the city will step up supervision and inspection, open and covert visits, and on-the-spot inspection, resolutely investigate and deal with violations of discipline and law, publicly report and expose typical problems, and continue to consolidate and expand the effectiveness of work style construction.
