Competitive Negotiation Announcement for the Recycling of Waste Materials

I. Basic Project Information

Project Name: Waste Material Recycling Service Project of Guizhou Zhonghang Elevator Co., Ltd.

Procurement Service Content: Recycling of waste materials (waste steel, waste iron, waste powder, waste paper, etc.)

II. Procurement Service Description

1. Due to the uncertainty of the demand for waste material services, this procurement intends to cooperate with suitable and reasonable partners;

2. The service period for this procurement is 1 year;

3. The cooperation service adopts an evaluation elimination system, that is, after the service period ends, partners evaluated as excellent can enter our company's directory of excellent waste material service partners and directly sign agreements to continue cooperation. Partners evaluated as qualified can participate in the next competitive negotiation, while those evaluated as unqualified will terminate cooperation and lose eligibility to participate in the next competitive negotiation.

III. Applicant Qualifications and Requirements

1. Ability to independently assume civil liability;

2. Possession of a legal business license;

3. Good commercial reputation and sound financial accounting system, not under orders to suspend business, property under takeover, freezing, or bankruptcy status, and no serious violations or breach of contract records in the last three years;

4. Possession of necessary equipment and professional technical capabilities to perform the contract;

5. Good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law;

6. At least one year of normal operating history related to recycling services, and no major violations in business activities in the last three years;

7. Must comply with national environmental protection requirements for the recycling of waste materials;

8. Other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.

IV. Requirements and Content for Competitive Negotiation Registration Materials

1. Service providers must provide a copy of the business license with the company seal;

2. Service providers must provide a commitment letter with the company seal and the legal representative's signature (or signature) stating that the registration information is true and that there have been no major violations in the last three years;

3. Whether the price is implemented according to market conditions and whether there is room for adjustment;

4. Whether to bear the loading and unloading of waste materials by themselves, while also taking responsibility for all safety matters during the loading and unloading process;

5. Whether to comply with national environmental protection requirements;

6. Others.
