The "Changding Plaza" development project is a commercial real estate project approved by the Shigatse Municipal Government in Tibet for investment attraction. The project is located next to the Shigatse Railway Station, at the center of the Shigatse city’s "Belt and Road" trade distribution hub. The project's geographical location and economic advantages are significant, with enormous potential for investment appreciation in the future, making it a high ground for investment and wealth accumulation for people from all walks of life in the city. The project has now been developed to the main structure completion stage and is expected to be completed by October 30, 2025.
Changding Plaza is located in a prominent area near the Shigatse Railway Station, adjacent to the bustling commercial circle of Heilongjiang South Road. It occupies the center of regional economy, culture, education, and tourism, with convenient transportation and a thriving atmosphere, boasting a unique geographical location and a century-old golden port.
An open-style commercial street with a super large commercial volume, firmly established as the commercial leader of the railway station. It will be planned to become the commercial reception hall of the Sangzhuzhi District in Shigatse, helping to upgrade the urban block and creating a huge wave of commercial investment.
Facing the railway station entrance, with over 100,000 floating population. Within a one-kilometer radius of the project, high-end residential communities are flourishing and maturing, and the leisure crowd will bring about 100,000 floating customers, a fixed high-quality customer base, and a bustling crowd, gathering financial resources and creating a city that attracts wealth.
AVIC Elevator will provide 16 high-end intelligent machine-room-less passenger elevator devices for the development and construction (Phase I) of Shigatse Changding Plaza, integrating core values such as safety, energy saving, and humanization. Numerous safety protection devices will ensure passenger transport safety, effectively alleviating the peak flow of people in the plaza, and strongly promoting regional economic development.
