The Party Committee of AVIC Elevator Company held its 29th Party Committee meeting.
On November 18, 2024, the Party Committee of AVIC Elevator Company held its 29th meeting of 2024 to convey and study the important speech and instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping, as well as the spirit of relevant documents from higher authorities, and to discuss implementation opinions. The meeting was chaired and addressed by Hu Ming, the Party Secretary and Chairman of the Company. Party Committee members Zhu Jie, Deng Jianglong, and Li Zhi attended the meeting, along with company management members Wang Junhua, Chen Yue, and Wang Yong, as well as heads of relevant departments and supervisors of major matters.
The meeting pointed out that,The recent important speeches and instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping have provided direction and guidance for our current and future work. All levels and departments of the company must deeply study and implement Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, continuously enhance the "Four Consciousnesses," strengthen the "Four Self-confidences," and achieve the "Two Safeguards," transforming theoretical learning outcomes into practical measures that promote the company's high-quality development.
The meeting required that,All levels and departments of the company,First,must deeply study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech on the high-quality development of the population supporting Chinese-style modernization, comprehensively understand and correctly view the new trends in population development, coordinate the promotion of paid leave, employment and livelihood, salary reform, skills training, and intelligent elevator research and development, strengthen the development and utilization of human resources, actively respond to the aging population situation, and better adapt to the relationship between population and economic society, and resource environment.Second,must deeply learn and understand General Secretary Xi Jinping's important thoughts on strengthening and improving ethnic work, adhere to the main line of consolidating the awareness of the Chinese national community, care for and pay attention to the production and life of minority ethnic cadres and employees, help solve practical difficulties, and gather ethnic cohesion. We must strengthen the company's rural revitalization assistance work in Wuchuan Gelao and Miao Autonomous County, contribute to the development of industries and talent training in minority areas, and fully promote the high-quality development of ethnic and religious work.Third,must deeply study General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on the case of a car crashing into pedestrians in Zhuhai, Guangdong, profoundly learn lessons, draw analogies, strengthen the investigation of risk sources, adhere to the combination of prevention and control, establish and improve the ledger for investigating and rectifying hidden dangers of conflicts and disputes, formulate resolution measures, implement resolution responsibilities, timely resolve conflicts and disputes, effectively carry out risk and hidden danger investigations and resolutions, strictly prevent extreme cases, and fully ensure the safety of people's lives and promote social harmony and stability.
