Matters needing attention when the (I) is overhauled at the top of the car:
1. Before entering the top of the car on the shaft, cut off the emergency stop switch on the top of the car, turn on the lighting switch, and then start the inspection and maintenance work.
2. It is strictly forbidden to step on the top of the car with one foot and work on the shaft or other fixed objects with the other foot.
3, in the car top repair and maintenance work, do not approach or squeeze the fence, and should pay attention to the distance between the counterweight and the car, the human body does not extend the fence.
4, it is strictly prohibited to stand outside the shaft to reach the top of the car.
(II) machine room maintenance matters needing attention:
1. When operating the elevator in the machine room, ensure that there are no passengers in the car, and the hall and car doors are closed. Cut off the door motor control power supply first, and then operate the elevator.
2. When manual turning, the main power switch should be cut off first, and at least two people in the machine room should cooperate with the operation. Once the turning is completed, be sure to remove all the objects used for manual turning, such as brake release wrenches, and put them back to a safe position.
3. When checking and maintaining the control cabinet, the power should be cut off first to avoid damage to the control system outside the live operation during maintenance.
4. When operating the car in the machine room, it should be prevented from overrunning the limit end station, and at the same time prevent the car from rushing to the top or hitting the bottom.
Matters needing attention during maintenance of (III) pit:
1, enter the pit, should do a good job of safety protection measures.
2. When entering the pit, the pit emergency stop switch should be cut off first and the pit lighting should be turned on.
3. It is forbidden to work on and off the well at the same time. When the work must be coordinated up and down, the pit personnel must wear safety helmets.
4. Keep the bottom pit sanitary and clean.
(IV) elevator machine room rescue operation requirements:
1. Follow the unified command.
2. Ensure that the hall door and car door are closed and cut off the main power switch. Notify the car personnel not to approach the car door and pay attention to safety.
3, the machine room personnel and other rescue personnel to maintain good contact, before the operation to inform the auxiliary personnel, get the response before taking measures to move the car.
4. When the machine room is turning, at least two people must cooperate with the operation, one for turning, one for releasing the brake and the car to monitor the position of the car, and pay attention to the position of the leveling mark.
5. When the elevator car moves to the level position, first release the brake, restore its braking effect, and then release the handwheel of the car after confirming that it is correct.
6. Notify the relevant personnel on the floor to open the elevator hall door and car door with the special mechanical key of the elevator and release the person.
7. The elevator operation can not be resumed until the elevator fault is handled and the test run is normal.
When it is necessary to temporarily evacuate the site during (V) maintenance:
1. Cut off the main power switch.
2. Exclude heat sources, such as electric welding, gas welding, soldering iron and blowtorch.
3. Close all halls and car doors. If it fails to close normally, a safety fence shall be set up outside the door, warning signs shall be posted or special personnel shall be assigned to guard it.
4, the midway stop maintenance, especially the terminal should be well recorded to prevent confusion or memory errors.
5. If necessary, special personnel can be assigned to maintain the site.
Attention after (VI) troubleshooting or routine maintenance:
1. Restore all switches to their original state.
2. Check whether tools, materials and devices are left on the equipment or in the control cabinet.
3, inventory tools, materials, sorting work site.
4, power transmission test run, observe the elevator running state, found abnormal should stop the ladder inspection in time.
5, fill in the fault handling records, fill in the cause of the accident, inspection process, processing results.
6. Detailed and clear records shall be made for all changed parameters or replacement parts.
After daily maintenance, regular maintenance and inspection records shall be filled in time.
