Although the staff of the elevator maintenance unit said that these problems will not lead to safety accidents, the owners are still worried that this report can really fully reflect the current situation of the elevator?

First of all, I think that report and maintenance are two different concepts. Whether the problems reflected in this report can be solved, or whether the problems reflected in the report can stand the test, all need to be tested by a third-party evaluation. One aspect is whether the maintenance unit can actually solve the problem. If it exceeds this range, it should be paid in advance by the property. Then it can be borne by all owners by applying for a public maintenance fund.

After listening to the lawyer's advice, the owners said that the real demand is to ensure the safety of the owners when using the elevator and the normal operation of the elevator, and the maintenance method and related costs are still the second.
