On the door panel intelligent production line, six mechanical arms perform their respective duties, quickly and efficiently completing the processes of grabbing, punching, bending, sealing, welding, blanking, etc.

"Through precise programming, every process is standardized, allowing us to maintain a high degree of consistency in our products and reduce the rejection rate to less than 0.01 percent. It also saves a lot of manpower, as these six robotic arms can be operated by just one employee, which is five times more efficient than manual production." The company's production workshop staff Zhou Jian said.

According to reports, the No. 6 production plant, which covers an area of 17000 square meters, is the "heart" of AVIC Elevator and undertakes the important production link from the production of parts to the packaging of finished products. In recent years, centering on the deep integration of information technology and manufacturing technology, the company has implanted domestic advanced robot equipment into the thick plate processing area, door panel production line and car wall production line of No. 6 production plant, and has successively built 16 automatic production lines to make elevator production more efficient and precise.

"At present, our annual production capacity has increased from 1200 units in the past to 15000 units now, making it the elevator manufacturer with the largest local shipments in the southwest." Li Ya, director of the company's production workshop, said.

As the first batch of pilot demonstration units of Guizhou Industrial Cloud Big Data and Guizhou Intelligent Manufacturing, AVIC Elevator entered Zunyi National Economic and Technological Development Zone in 2015 relying on the policy of "withdrawing from the city and entering the park. Over the years, AVIC Elevator has continuously promoted technological innovation and intelligent manufacturing with the help of the preferential policies and good business environment of the development zone, and the sales volume and efficiency of elevators have been greatly improved.
