On July 27, in the production workshop of Guizhou Zhonghang Elevator Co., Ltd., located in Huichuan District, Zunyi City, the robot arms on the intelligent production line waved to efficiently and accurately carry out bending, welding and other operations. The workers on the production lines such as elevator car body, door panel and spraying were also busy in an orderly manner.
On the 5G intelligent manufacturing management platform of the company's production workshop, data such as general punching, gas cutting, type welding, plastic spraying and after-sales analysis are presented through visual data maps. "At the end of May this year, our company's 5G industrial Internet enabling service platform project was officially launched. The self-developed elevator Internet of Things is used as the data closed loop. The Internet of Things is used to collect and analyze elevator product data. The" one ladder, one code "method is adopted to carry out safety management for the whole life cycle of elevators, realize elevator automation equipment, elevator self-inspection, etc., and connect elevator site application with production and manufacturing into a complete path". AVIC elevator workshop management Li Ya told reporters.
The changes in the production process are best known to the front-line staff in the workshop. "Elevators need many parts. In the past, we used to manually track the production progress of each single part, which takes a lot of time and is prone to errors and omissions". Li Ya said that through the 5G industrial Internet enabling service platform, each component is given a bar code in production, and the staff can easily understand the product flow by scanning the code, thus greatly improving the work efficiency. The integration of digital technologies such as the Internet of Things and big data with the manufacturing industry will accelerate the digital and intelligent transformation of the traditional manufacturing industry.
It is understood that the company has seized the opportunity of high-quality development of new industrialization by introducing 26 advanced intelligent robots, building 14 intelligent assembly lines and launching 5G industrial Internet enabling service platform. It has transformed and upgraded from a traditional "manufacturing service" enterprise to a 5G intelligent factory of "intelligent manufacturing intelligent service", achieving the purposes of cost reduction and efficiency increase, real-time collection of production data, etc. The maximum annual output of elevators has been increased to 15000, this year's target output value is 0.6 billion yuan.
