I couldn't find anyone by pressing the alarm button in the elevator and dialing the rescue phone. Finally, I contacted the other owners and the property learned that I was trapped in the elevator."
On July 2, Mr. Li of building 13 encountered a similar situation when he took the elevator upstairs.
Mr. Li told reporters:"The elevator stopped running after falling suddenly on the way up, and finally got stuck between the second and third floors. No one answered when pressing the emergency button in the elevator, and finally the staff rescued me after calling the property."

Ms. Lin said that on August 31, the property staff conducted a comprehensive investigation of the elevators in the residential area, and the emergency contact button was normal.
