According to the photos taken by the party concerned, the ladder plate near the top of the escalator is uplifted and deformed, and there is also a dislocation of the ladder plate behind it. The escalator was suspended after the incident. The reporter inquired about the original post and found that the person concerned replied to other netizens in the comment area that the incident occurred about the evening of September 22 and the location was Gate 1 of Chuansha Station on Metro Line 2.
What is the cause of the accident?
