Elevator failures occur frequently in Golden Huating Community, Longmatan District. What's the matter?
Recently, Mr. Mou, who lives in Jinhuating District, Longmatan District, reported that the elevator in his building frequently failed for a period of time, but the property company did not explain the cause of the elevator failure clearly, and many owners were worried about potential safety hazards. "I thought it had been repaired, but I found a problem when I was riding. I feel that this has happened many times." Mr. Mou said that on October 26, when he was taking the elevator, the elevator door suddenly opened after closing, and he was stuck on the negative second floor and could not operate normally.
Mr. Mou said that the floor of the residential area is high, and one unit shares two elevators. If only one elevator is available to the owner, it will be very inconvenient to get in and out. If the elevator is always broken down, the owner can not rest assured to ride, hope to know what is the reason. To this end, he asked the property personnel, but the property is not clear.

Some owners said they did not know that the elevator had not been repaired, others said that the unit building housekeeper did not come forward to solve the problem, and several owners said that when they went out in the morning, they found that the elevator door had been opening and closing by itself, the elevator did not move to the 16th floor, and waited for the elevator for nearly 10 minutes.

Reporters came to the district and found that the faulty elevator was located in building 21, phase 4 of the district. the unit had one freight elevator and one passenger elevator. the owner said the faulty elevator was the freight elevator. When the reporter took the freight elevator up, the elevator door was slow when it was closed, but it could be closed normally, and the elevator up and down was in a normal state. However, Ms. Chen, the owner of the residential area, said that she did encounter situations where the elevator could not close normally and could not operate.
The reporter then came to the property office of Luzhou Branch of Sichuan Huide Smart Life Service Group Co., Ltd., where the community is located, to learn about the relevant situation.
Mr. Wang, the property manager, said that the community has a total of 21 residential buildings and 32 units with a total of 92 elevators. In order to better and more timely maintain the elevators, the maintenance personnel of the elevator company work in the residential area. Previously, after discovering the problem with the elevator, the property has contacted the elevator maintenance personnel in time for inspection, inspection and maintenance, and has replaced the elevator-related parts for many times, but the failure of the elevator needs to be investigated after the problem is found. The replacement of parts is also to further discover the problem so as to facilitate the solution. At present, the elevator can be carried out normally without potential safety hazards, but the fault problem still needs to wait for a period of running time to see if it has been completely eliminated.

Mr. Wang said that during the renovation phase of the elevator in the residential area, some owners bumped into the elevator door due to moving things. At that time, the property had already undergone a repair. I don't know if it would cause another failure due to this reason. Some owners of the residential area litter the elevator. If there is foreign matter stuck in the elevator door, it may also cause failure. Problems with the elevator's own parts may also cause failure. Up to now, the maintenance personnel have made judgments based on these conditions and carried out corresponding maintenance on the elevator. According to the relevant regulations, the elevator is maintained and recorded every 15 days, and the elevator failure is also recorded in detail. The property personnel will send the relevant information to the owner's WeChat group for the owner to understand. Owners on the safety of the elevator related issues, can also go to the property office to understand.
"Elevator maintenance needs to be checked and investigated step by step. It is possible that there is no problem during the test and there are problems during use." Mr. Liu, a maintenance personnel of Kone Elevator Maintenance Company, said that the first obstacle removal of the elevator maintenance was to adjust the door belt. Later, it was found that there was still the problem of closing the door. The car door line of the main board of the elevator ceiling was replaced. The car communication board and elevator light curtain were also checked, and corresponding replacement tests were carried out. The maintenance and troubleshooting of elevators need to gradually check whether the relevant problems have been effectively solved, which takes a certain amount of time. At present, the elevator failure does not cause safety hazards, and the owner can use it normally.
At the same time, the residential property said that the elevator has been used normally at present. If the owner finds that the elevator has broken down again, he can call the property office and the residential housekeeper to reflect the relevant problems in time, so as to facilitate the elevator maintenance personnel to be present in time for maintenance and inspection.
