Good news| AVIC Elevator achieved great results again in the 2023 National Industry Vocational Skills Competition - the finals of the 3rd National Elevator Industry Vocational Skills Competition
On December 6, the 2023 National Industry Vocational Skills Competition - the finals of the 3rd National Elevator Industry Vocational Skills Competition successfully concluded at Shaoyang Vocational and Technical College. Guizhou AVIC Elevator Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'AVIC Elevator') represented Guizhou Province in the finals, winning the first prize in the group category, one first prize and four second prizes in the individual employee category..Five participants competed, and all won awards, among which company employee Li Daobo won the first prize, while Long Shengming, Feng Hai, Wang Wei, and Wang Hong won second prizes.So far, the National Elevator Industry Vocational Skills Competition has been successfully held three times, and AVIC Elevator has won major awards each time.

At the opening ceremony of the competition, company employee Li Kaixiang served asthe first prize winner of the 2020 inaugural National Elevator Industry Vocational Skills Competition, and was awarded the title of 'National Skilled Worker'.

It is reported thatthe 2023 National Industry Vocational Skills Competition - the 3rd National Elevator Industry Vocational Skills Competition is hosted by the China Elevator Association, the China Employment Training Technical Guidance Center, and the National Committee of the China Machinery Metallurgy and Building Materials Workers' Union..This competition is divided into preliminary and final stages. The preliminary rounds were held from October to November 2023 across 25 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions, with nearly 3,000 contestants participating in the selection, and 160 contestants advancing to the finals.This competition not only fully demonstrated the craftsmanship spirit of AVIC Elevator's skilled talents pursuing excellence but also provided more technical support to improve the company's industry skill level. AVIC Elevator has always adhered to
the talent training concept of 'service-oriented, employment-oriented, capability-based, and quality-driven for survival', adopting models such as 'mentoring' and 'senior guiding juniors' to enhance employees' vocational skills.
