AVIC Elevator supports the Rongbei benchmark project.
Xindu District is located at the north gate of Chengdu, in the core area of the Chengdu Plain Economic Zone, which is the most dynamic development area in western China. Guizhou AVIC Elevator Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'AVIC Elevator') collaborates with AVIC Construction Group Southwest Co., Ltd. to jointly create a Grade A office building, a star-rated hotel, and the Southwest Conference Center - AVIC Innovation City, based on the headquarters economy.
The project covers an area of 65.5 acres, with a floor area ratio of 2.0, two elevators serving two households, and a parking space ratio of 1:2. The project uses 29 AVIC Elevator's classic series of finely decorated elevators, equipped with multiple safety features such as cabin anti-shift and limit position protection, enhancing safety and carrying capacity.
The AVIC Innovation City project is the only project in the area that is selling existing properties, integrating shopping centers, schools (Longjiang Road Primary School), medical facilities, and parks, with a low floor area ratio and large flat floors, tailored for high-end groups.
