2. key tasks

According to the requirements of "Code for Urban Water Supply Projects" (GB 55026), "Anti-Terrorist Prevention Requirements for Urban Water Supply Systems" (GA 1809), and "Sanitary Code for Secondary Water Supply Facilities" (GB 17051), the secondary water supply (pressurized storage) facilities and equipment in tap water plants and residential areas that have problems affecting water quality standards, old and damaged, eliminated by the state, high energy consumption, low operation efficiency, etc. The equipment in the tap water plant includes water pumps, electrical equipment, dosing equipment, testing and automatic control equipment, gate valves and various special mechanical equipment, etc. The secondary water supply (pressurized regulation and storage) equipment in residential areas includes complete sets of equipment, water tanks, water pumps and ancillary facilities, automatic control equipment, safety prevention equipment, etc.
(IV) sewage treatment facility equipment update. In accordance with the requirements of the "Urban and Rural Drainage Engineering Project Specification" (GB 55027), "Urban Sewage Treatment Plant Pollutant Discharge Standard" (GB 18918), the renovation has problems such as not meeting the standard requirements, national elimination, energy saving and carbon reduction standards, etc. Facilities and equipment, including water pumps, blowers, sludge treatment equipment, dosing equipment, monitoring and automatic control equipment, deodorization equipment, gate valves and various special mechanical equipment.

In accordance with the requirements of "Advanced Level of Energy Efficiency, Energy Saving Level and Access Level of Key Energy-using Products and Equipment (2024 Edition)", "Technical Regulations for Energy Saving and Environmental Protection of Boilers" (TSG 91), "Energy Efficiency Limit Value and Energy Efficiency Grade of Industrial Boilers" (GB 24500), "Emission Standard for Boiler Air Pollutants" (GB 13271), etc, renovation of coal-fired boilers that exceed the service life, the energy efficiency level does not meet the energy saving level or level 2 standards of industrial boilers, and the flue gas emissions do not meet the standards. Focus on the elimination of coal-fired boilers of 35 steam tons/hour and below, and give priority to the transformation of various types of heat pump units. In accordance with the requirements of "Technical Conditions for Equipment of Heating Stations of Hot Water Heating Network" (GB/T 38536), "Energy Efficiency Limits and Energy Saving Evaluation Values of Clear Water Centrifugal Pumps" (GB 19762), "Heat Exchange Units for Urban Heating" (GB/T 28185), etc., the heat exchangers and pump motors that exceed the service life and do not meet the energy efficiency standards shall be renovated. Actively promote the transformation of heating metering, in accordance with the relevant requirements of heating metering, update the installation of metering devices and other equipment.
Standardized renewal construction of (VI) liquefied petroleum gas filling station. In accordance with the requirements of "Gas Engineering Project Specification" (GB 55009), "Liquefied Petroleum Gas Supply Engineering Design Specification" (GB 51142) and other requirements, the equipment that fails to pass the inspection, exceeds the service life, the main components are seriously damaged, aging and corrosion are serious, and there are potential safety hazards and no maintenance value, including storage tanks, loading and unloading arms, compressors, filling systems, LPG pumps, fire pumps and pipeline valves, fire fighting and automatic control equipment, etc.; update cylinders that do not meet the requirements of the current "Liquefied Petroleum Gas Cylinders" (GB 5842). Encourage the implementation of intelligent upgrading construction on the basis of renewal and transformation, and improve the level of automation, informatization and intelligent operation in the field of liquefied petroleum gas.
(VII) city lifeline project construction. The city lifeline project will be fully implemented in cities at prefecture level and above, the installation and update of supporting intelligent sensing equipment such as underground pipe networks, bridges and tunnels, and manhole covers will be promoted, and the monitoring Internet of Things will be set up to realize the transformation of urban safety risk prevention and control from passive response to active prevention, and the deep integration of modern information technology and city lifeline project will be promoted. The new urban infrastructure IOT intelligent sensing equipment and the main equipment synchronous design, synchronous construction, synchronous acceptance, synchronous delivery and use. The intelligent transformation of old facilities and the transformation of communication infrastructure can be combined with urban renewal, old community transformation, urban gas pipeline and other aging renewal and transformation work.
(VIII) sanitation facilities and equipment update. The equipment with high energy consumption, backward technology, frequent failures and potential safety hazards shall be updated and transformed according to the requirements of the Catalogue of High Energy Consumption and Backward Electromechanical Equipment (Products) Elimination, the Technical Standard for Operation and Maintenance of Domestic Waste Transfer Station (CJJ/T 109) and the Pollution Control Standard for Domestic Waste Incineration (GB 18485), including sanitation vehicles, transit compression equipment, waste incineration power generation equipment, construction waste resource utilization (sorting, crushing, recycled product production) equipment, recyclable sorting (sorting, compression, packaging) equipment. Encourage the renewal of the purchase of new energy vehicle equipment and intelligent, unmanned sanitation equipment.
(IX) building construction equipment. In accordance with the "Technical Specification for Inspection of Mechanical Equipment on Construction Site" (JGJ 160) and other requirements, update and eliminate construction engineering machinery and equipment that have been used for more than 10 years, high pollution, high energy consumption, serious aging and wear, and backward technology, including excavation, lifting, Loading, concrete mixing, elevators, bulldozers and other equipment (vehicles). Encourage the renewal and purchase of new energy, new technology engineering machinery and equipment and intelligent construction equipment such as intelligent elevators and construction robots.
Energy-saving renovation of (X) buildings. In accordance with the requirements of "Advanced Level of Energy Efficiency, Energy Saving Level and Access Level of Key Energy Products and Equipment (2024 Edition)" and "General Code for Building Energy Conservation and Renewable Energy Utilization" (GB 55015), update and transform beyond service life, low energy efficiency, Heat pump units, radiators, chillers, exterior windows (curtain walls), exterior wall (roof) insulation, lighting equipment, etc. that have hidden safety hazards and no maintenance value.
