Complete the renovation of 332 old residential areas
During the year, 332 old residential areas were renovated, of which 252 were completed in the four districts of the main city (no less than 5 demonstration projects in each district), so as to achieve the goal of "safe living, perfect facilities, complete functions, convenient travel and clean environment.
Remediation content
According to the "tasks and standards for the transformation of old residential areas in Hebei Province", the renovation of old residential areas mainly includes three aspects: the transformation of safety problems, the improvement of residential functions and the improvement of the environment. Among them, the transformation of safety issues must meet the mandatory standards set by the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the transformation of residential functions and environmental improvement must meet the general standards, and the determined demonstration projects must meet the demonstration standards.
Safety aspects

Preparatory stage of (II) renovation (March 16-June 15)
Each county (city, district) entrusts professional design units and cost units to estimate the amount and investment of the renovation project, issue the construction plan and construction design drawings of the renovation project, and conduct budget review by the financial investment evaluation center of the jurisdiction, and organize bidding activities in accordance with regulations.
