AVIC Elevator Launches "Advanced Individual Lecture Hall" Activity

In order to further improve the ideological and moral quality of the company's employees, cultivate their dedication and dedication, and guide employees to follow the advanced models around them, on the afternoon of December 7, the AVIC Elevator Party Committee and the labor union organized the "Advanced Individual Lecture Hall" activity, AVIC Elevator Yu Kunzhi, winner of the 2016 Guizhou May 1st Labor Medal, and Feng Guoshun, winner of the 2018 Guizhou May 1st Labor Medal, shared his work experience and struggle history, nearly 200 employees from various positions of the company participated in this activity.
The event was presided over by Fan Chuanchi, deputy general manager of AVIC Elevator, and Zhang Weihua, secretary of the party committee, delivered an opening speech. He said that the significance of this event is to let the model workers around him talk about the things around him, and the role models around him educate the people around him. He hopes to stimulate the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of the company's employees in this way, practice the core socialist values in practical work, and share the same fate and develop with AVIC Elevator, for the company to achieve good results to play their due role.
Comrade Yu Kunzhi has been working for 22 years and has been working in AVIC Elevator since he graduated in 1996. He has successively engaged in elevator installation, maintenance, elevator sales and other work. In every job, he never complains about the difficulties of the work and tries his best to complete every task. By sharing his years of work experience, he told us a truth-to repeat ordinary things and do repeated things seriously, success will come sooner or later. Yu Kunzhi said, "Behind any honor, there must be all kinds of unknown ups and downs. But as long as we have persistent faith and the spirit of hard work, one day we will eventually contribute our own strength to the development of society!"
Comrade Feng Guoshun came to AVIC Elevator after graduation and has been rooted in the first line of elevator installation for more than 16 years. He shared his understanding and experience of work from the perspectives of study, family, and getting along with colleagues. He said, "We will always encounter failures or frustrations in our work. In the face of ups and downs, it is better to practice basic skills instead of waiting for death. As long as we do not succumb to tribulations, we can eventually get out of the predicament". He told a real and touching story about how he completed the installation of the elevator line for the first time under the guidance of his master, and how he repaired the first elevator independently, which won warm applause from everyone.
Finally, Fan Chuanchi inspired everyone, hoping that everyone can do one line, love one line, and do one line. The reason why Yu Kunzhi and Feng Guoshun can become advanced models is only because they insist on doing their best in ordinary work. Zhang Weihua also expressed hope to the majority of employees, hoping that everyone can follow the two colleagues Yu Kunzhi and Feng Guoshun, earnestly complete their work, learn more from others, and help others more.
