In 2002, Feng Guoshun, who had just graduated from school, entered AVIC Elevator and became an elevator installer. Since then, he has formed an indissoluble bond with elevators. "At that time, although he didn't know anything, he was very savvy and studious. He was a material for elevators," said Zhao Renqiang, Feng Guoshun's master. It is also because of this appreciation and favor that Zhao Renqiang not only hand in hand to pass on Feng Guoshun's own business technology and professional knowledge, but also likes to take him with him to study and solve problems when encountering problems. As a result, Feng Guoshun was completely immersed in the job of elevator installation. "I don't know when it started and encountered difficulties in installation operations, I always think of him first". Feng Guoshun has grown rapidly, and he has become an "expert" trusted by his colleagues before he knows it. Everyone always likes to consult and discuss with him when they have business problems. He is always very patient to help everyone solve them. If he doesn't understand, he never blindly draws conclusions. Instead, he goes back to consult the data or directly operate the experiment. In 2014, the China Elevator Industry Association held the "First National Elevator Installation Competition". Feng Guoshun volunteered to represent the company to participate in the competition and won the "Individual Award for Individual Winning" and "Individual Theory Award" in one fell swoop. His team also won the competition. Second prize. As a result, Feng Guoshun entered the vision of all the people in the company. In November 2017, the state held the 2017 Chinese skills competition-"Luban Cup" the first national elevator installation and maintenance worker professional skills competition. Feng Guoshun, who had been away from the competition for three years, once again represented the company. His team stood out from 167 teams from all over the country and won the national elevator installation group championship. At the same time, he also won the first place, he was awarded the honorary title of "National Technical Expert" by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. On September 5, 2018, the 2018 Belt and Road Initiative and the International Elite Invitational Competition for Elevator Installation and Maintenance Technology of the BRICS Skills Development and Technology Innovation Competition, sponsored by the BRICS Business Council and the BRICS Skills Development International Alliance, was held in Langfang Vocational and Technical College. AVIC Elevator was invited to participate and Feng Guoshun was selected to participate in the competition again, he lived up to expectations and won the first place, and was awarded the title of "elevator agent" by the high-skilled personnel training base of the machinery industry elevator industry.
Although he has won so many heavyweight awards, Feng Guoshun is not complacent because of this. He is still an ordinary worker who can afford to be busy, idle, and conscientious. He also understands that the more honors he receives, the greater the responsibility he shoulders. Therefore, after work, he often summarizes his practical experience, thinks about the problems he found in the elevator installation operation, puts forward suggestions for improvement, and then discusses with colleagues in the design department whether it is possible to optimize the structure of elevator parts. Improve the overall performance of the elevator, thereby improving the company's product quality, and further ensuring the safety of users on the elevator.
"When you do what you like, you won't feel tired, you will spontaneously study hard". Feng Guoshun said that he was very lucky to find the career he loved, and it was because of this love that he had been able to maintain his passion to face piles of cold steel plates in the past 16 years. Feng Guoshun also said that he was very ordinary, and his success was nothing more than what was said in "Oil Sell".
