The customer service officer went to the elevator and found that there was indeed urine on the ground. On March 24, a surveillance video of a man urinating in an elevator was circulated online. The video shows that in the elevator, a man with braids and a relatively strong body is facing the corner of the elevator. At the same time, the liquid on the elevator floor is increasing, which is suspected to be caused by the man's urination. It was confirmed that the man urinated in the elevator. Reporters learned that the man has been criticized by the police education.
The owner reported that there was a peculiar smell in the elevator, and the property locked the braided man.
The district where the incident took place is the University of Science and Technology Jiayuan Beiyuan. Xu Jun, customer service director of the Jiayuan Beiyuan Service Center (hereinafter referred to as "Beiyuan Service Center") of Hunan Belede Property Management Co., Ltd., recalled that at 11: 50 noon on March 24, the service center received a phone call from an owner. The owner reported that urine was found in the elevator of Unit 3 of Building 8 and smelled strongly. At 11: 56, the customer service staff went to the elevator and found that there was urine on the ground. "At first, I thought it was someone's pet." Xu Jun said.
In order to understand the reason, Xu Jun contacted the person in charge of the order maintenance department of Beiyuan Service Center for monitoring. At 12:03, after checking the monitoring, the staff of the service center judged that the urine on the ground was caused by a man. "At that time, he had braids on his head, and his features were easier to identify. I told the security guard in the community to pay attention to this person and see if there was any chance to meet him again." Zheng Feng, head of the order maintenance department of Beiyuan Service Center, said.
Zheng Feng told reporters that after learning about the incident, the owners of the community expressed their anger among the owners. "It's basically a condemnation of this person's behavior, saying that it's too inappropriate and unbelievable to do this as an adult." The reporter asked the two owners of the community on the spot, and they all said they were angry after hearing about the incident. The security guard caught the man the next day and the elevator had been cleaned.
Reporters learned that the man's surname Tan. On the morning of March 25, Tan was ready to enter the community again to deliver express delivery, which was seen through by the security guard on duty at the south gate of the community. "Because the control of the community is relatively strict during this period, only one gate of the south gate is open. There were four or five security guards at the south gate this morning, and as soon as they saw him coming in, they immediately recognized him, and that's when we confirmed his identity as a courier." After the security guard caught Tan, he called Wujialing police station to explain the matter. At 9: 20 a.m., two policemen from Wujialing police station arrived at the scene. "When we first caught him, he didn't admit to his behavior and his attitude wasn't very good. The police came back and we watched the surveillance together, and he admitted to urinating in the elevator and realized his mistake." Xu Jianwen, deputy director of the Wujialing police station, told reporters that two policemen also criticized and educated Tan at the scene. "The police told him that as a young guy, he should abide by the rules in public and pay attention to his words and deeds. Do something out of line."
On the afternoon of March 25, the reporter followed the person in charge of the residential property into the elevator of Unit 3 of Building 8 and found that the peculiar smell no longer existed except for some black marks in the corner of the elevator.
