After receiving the police from the fire station in the jurisdiction, they rushed to the scene immediately. At the time of the incident, five people had just entered the car elevator from the 15th floor and suddenly fell, causing five people to be trapped between the 12th and 13th floors. Under the rescue of elevator maintenance personnel, 5 people were successfully rescued.
Afterwards, the owners of the community complained that elevator falls often occurred, sometimes from more than 20 floors to the 13th floor, sometimes from the 15th floor directly to the 13th floor, the elevator troubled the daily life of the owners.
Firefighters on-site education of the property personnel, requiring immediate rectification and maintenance, to avoid such incidents from happening again.
