Residents who experienced the elevator failure said they were frightened, and the children of some households also left a huge psychological shadow.
Resident: "My child has not dared to take the elevator so far. Yesterday I took him to the elevator. As soon as he got into the elevator, he ran out with a wow. When he came back from school, he walked from the first floor to the 27th floor.."
To the surprise and anger of the residents, the elevator broke down not once or twice in the two units of Building 17.
Resident: "The elevator either stops suddenly, giving people a feeling of weightlessness and startling people, or it sounds an alarm, which is a lot higher than the ground, or the elevator door reaches a certain floor and suddenly cannot be opened. Up."
Residents: "Because this problem is constantly happening, basically no month is intact, especially from June 2 to yesterday, I encountered this situation twice in three days."
Resident: "The maintenance personnel have been here for maintenance these days, and told us that there was no problem, but after sitting on it, there was another problem."
Resident: "after his several things, I sweat every time my calf. I am especially afraid that the elevator will stop. Taking the elevator is really not like taking the elevator. Taking the elevator is like taking a roller coaster. I am worried and afraid."
The elevator frequently breaks down, what's the problem. A director of the property engineering department, surnamed Yang, said something amazing!
Director Yang of Helen International Property Engineering Department: During the investigation, the maintenance personnel went to the elevator machine room at the first time. Someone broke the door of the elevator machine room and connected a barbecue wire in the elevator machine room.

Director Yang of Helen International Property Engineering Department: I used an electric stove to barbecue at home and connected a wire. The maintenance officer took a picture of the wire in the computer room. However, the owner drank a little too much. He didn't take a picture of the man. The security guard at the patrol post went up and didn't find it.
