After receiving the complaint, Liling City Market Supervision Bureau Yangsanshi Supervision Office "immediately", law enforcement officers quickly started the supervision and verification procedures, contact the elevator maintenance unit-Zhuzhou Tianzheng Elevator Installation Co., Ltd., the company's staff arrived at the scene to inspect the elevator on the right side of Unit 1, Building 42.
It is understood that the next inspection date of the elevator is July 2020. The original registered user is Liling Jintai Property Management Co., Ltd. (the company has already withdrawn from the property management of the elevator). In fact, Hunan Jianchen Real Estate Co., Ltd. is responsible for the daily use management of the elevator. After inspection, Zhuzhou Tianzheng Elevator Installation Co., Ltd. has problems such as the use of staff without the "Special Equipment Operator Certificate" to engage in elevator maintenance work, and imperfect maintenance work records, hunan Jianchen Real Estate Co., Ltd. has problems such as inadequate management of special equipment safety and technical files, failure to urge new property management units to drain accumulated water in elevator shafts in time, failure to pay attention to the failure of intercom alarm system found by maintenance units, and timely disposal.
Law enforcement personnel held a coordination meeting on the spot and reached an agreement. The new property management unit will establish and improve elevator safety technical files and assign special personnel to investigate hidden dangers of water accumulation in the elevator shaft. The maintenance unit immediately rectifies the problems found, re-investigates important parts such as the machine room and elevator shaft, and meets the elevator manufacturing unit to find out potential safety hazards and make rectification plans; it is required to urge the elevator manufacturing unit to track, investigate and understand the safe operation of the elevator manufactured by it, and put forward suggestions for improvement and provide necessary technical support for the problems existing in the safe operation of the elevator daily maintenance unit or the elevator user unit. At present, the incident is under further investigation.
