Beijing issued 25 local standards for new residential buildings with four floors and above must have elevators.
Beiqing-Beijing Toutiao reporter learned from the Beijing Municipal Market Supervision Administration on July 6 that recently, Beijing has issued 25 local standards. Among them, 20 standards were formulated for the first time and 5 standards were revised. The Code for Residential Design stipulates that elevators must be set up for newly-built residential buildings with four or more floors or newly-built residential buildings with a floor height of more than 9 meters from the outdoor design floor of the household entrance floor.
It is understood that the 25 local standards released this time are divided into 9 urban management and public service standards, 9 engineering construction standards, 3 agricultural standards, 2 environmental protection standards, 1 resource conservation and utilization standard, and 1 service industry standard.
Among them, the "Residential Design Code" starts from many aspects such as residential safety, residential quality, and residential technology to improve the quality of the entire life cycle of the residence. In terms of living convenience, it is stipulated that elevators must be installed in newly-built residential buildings with four or more floors or newly-built residential buildings with a floor height of more than 9 meters from the outdoor design ground; in terms of residential livability, it is stipulated that the net height of bedrooms and living rooms should not be less than 2.5 meters, which is 10cm higher than the current national standard; in terms of living safety, it is stipulated that public entrances and exits located on balconies, verandahs and the lower part of open stair platforms should take safety measures to prevent objects from falling and injuring people. The net height of balcony balustrade or railing should not be less than 1.10 meters.
The issued "Hutong Tour Service Specification" regulates the service facilities conditions, service quality requirements, environmental protection and health services, safety emergency services, complaint handling and service improvement of the "Hutong Tour" area, which is conducive to improving the city's "Hutong Tour" Service quality, promote the healthy development of "Hutong Tour" with Beijing's historical characteristics such as Shichahai, Nanluoguxiang, Qianmen Street, Dashilan, Liulichang, Guozijian, and Wudaoying in the functional core area of the capital.
