On June 11, Chen Jian, vice chairman of the Guizhou Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, and his entourage went to AVIC Elevator to investigate the deep integration of big data and the real economy. Shi Banglin, chairman of the Zunyi CPPCC, and Zhang Weihua, deputy secretary of the AVIC Elevator Party Committee, accompanied them to visit the company's exhibition hall and production plant.
Through the visit and listening to the introduction, Chen Jian has a detailed understanding of the combination of the company's products, production technology, safety and security with big data. In order to ensure the safe operation of elevators, AVIC Elevator has independently developed an elevator Internet of Things public service platform in addition to improving the quality and safety of the four traditional elevator security systems-safety clamps, speed limiters, buffers and brakes. Using big data, the platform can not only realize 24-hour real-time monitoring of elevators, but also collect elevator operation data, predict possible failures of elevators according to data analysis, and feed back the information to maintenance staff to remind them to maintain or replace relevant parts in time. In addition, the company has adopted an internationally advanced robot intelligent production line in manufacturing, and used the Internet of Things to hand over complex and fine tasks to robots to complete, which greatly improved product quality and pass rate.
After the visit, the deep integration of AVIC elevator big data and the real economy was highly praised by Chen Jian.
